Influencer Marketing Intern (Native Italian Preferred)

Are you passionate about social media, influencers, and digital marketing?

Olistic is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support our team and gain hands-on experience with real campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Important: This internship requires a university agreement (convenio universitario).

What you’ll do

As an intern, you will assist the Influencer Marketing team in key tasks:

· Researching and identifying influencer profiles on Instagram and TikTok

· Supporting product shipments and tracking logistics

· Reviewing content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines

· Managing calendars and publication schedules

· Collecting basic campaign metrics (reach, engagement, views)

· Assisting in creating simple campaign reports and tracking results

· Organizing documents, materials, and files for the team

· Providing general operational support, fostering autonomy and teamwork

What we’re looking for

· Native Italian speaker (preferred)

· Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing

· Good Spanish and/or English skills

· Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented

· Quick learner and team player

Internship Details

· Type: Internship (requires university agreement)

· Start: Immediate

· Working hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible)

· Work model: On-site or hybrid

· Duration: Minimum 6 months

Conditions

· Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00 & Friday 8:00 – 15:00

· Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
