Influencer Marketing Trainee

The Position 

We're looking for a trainee to work within our Influencer Marketing team, located in our beautiful office in Madrid.

About Olistic 

Olistic is a nutraceutical company focused on hair health and general wellbeing founded in 2020 and launched its first product in the Spanish market in 2021. Within the last 3 years, the company has positioned itself as leader in the haircare nutraceutical space in Spain. Now, with the launch of the German market in November 2023, Olistic has taken it’s first step into international expansion.  

Scientific studies have confirmed the multifactorial origin in hair loss and its relationship with health and lifestyle. Responsibilities 

- Support the team in the execution of Influencer Marketing campaigns (from brief, content, discount code & links, shipments, etc.)

- Support the current team in administrative tasks (50% of this position will be supporting the Portuguese market).

- Staying updated with influencer marketing trends

Requirements  

• Being able to sign a "convenio de colaboración" / internship agreement" via University / School
• Currently or recently finished a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or similar.  
• Spanish native, English medium level, Portuguese medium level.
• Team player with positive, motivated work attitude and flexibility. 
• Practices a structured approach to tasks and some basic understanding of MS Office.  

Conditions 

• Immediate start  
• Full-time: Monday to Thursday 9 to 18:00 & Friday 08:00 – 15:00 
• Hybrid: 3 days office + 2 days work from home 
• Duration: minimum 6 months – 1 year
