The Position:

We’re looking for a Paid Media Lead to develop and implement global paid social advertising strategies that align with our business objectives and marketing goals. You will oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and success across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global paid social advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing goals
  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including creative development, audience targeting, and bid strategies across platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and presenting reports focused on growth opportunities and key KPIs like ROAS, CTR, and CAC
  • Implement advanced segmentation strategies using first-party data, behavioral insights, and demographic profiling to ensure relevance and engagement, integrating a full-funnel approach to guide users through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages effectively
  • Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across channels to achieve campaign objectives
  • Work closely with the creative team to define the most effective content per platform and audience, ensuring alignment with segmentation strategies
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad creative, copy, targeting, funnel experience, and bidding strategies to continuously improve paid media efficiency
  • Define creative needs for each platform and ensure content aligns with segmentation strategies, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and production teams
  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies for new product launches and market expansions in 2025
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining global consistency
  • Support and lead the development of new acquisition channels, exploring emerging platforms and testing innovative strategies to expand reach and improve customer acquisition
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including brand, influencer, PR, and Ecommerce teams, to ensure alignment of the acquisition strategy and cohesive growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media, with a strong focus on paid social platforms and performance/growth
  • Advanced knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs for paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-region campaigns and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, extracting actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Deep understanding of attribution modeling and conversion rate optimization
  • Agile in adopting new platforms, trends, and techniques, with a proactive approach to testing emerging opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to present strategies and performance insights clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Creative sensitivity to understand what type of content works best on each platform
  • Experience with Google and Amazon is a plus
