The Mission

The Product Manager – Science will own the scientific and strategic foundations of our portfolio. This is a high-impact role acting as the bridge between Science, Regulatory, Marketing, and Trade.

The role is structured in two key phases:

  • The First 6 Months: Trade & Launch Focus. You will hit the ground running to execute our global launch calendar, focusing on go-to-market strategy, trade enablement, and commercializing our scientific narratives for the B2B channel.

  • Ongoing Focus: Scientific Strategy. You will take deep ownership of the product roadmap and lifecycle, clinical evidence translation, and long-term innovation based on emerging research.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Trade, GTM & Execution (Immediate Priority)

  • Global Launches: Lead and execute product launches across all channels, defining the strategy for positioning, pricing, and packaging.

  • Trade Enablement: Develop scientific toolkits for B2B and professional channels, including dossiers, white papers, and training materials.

  • Sales Support: Empower Sales and B2B teams with commercial campaigns, POS materials and medical/scientific argumentation and training to drive channel growth to reach monthly sales.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution.

Phase 2: Scientific Strategy & Product Management (Core Foundation)

  • Scientific Storytelling: Translate complex clinical data into compelling, compliant product narratives and messaging frameworks.

  • Innovation Roadmap: Define the product lifecycle and innovation pipeline using a science-driven approach to identify reformulations and new claims.

  • Product Concept Development: Lead the rationale for new formulations, ensuring clear differentiation through internal research and scientific literature.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor scientific trends and competitor claims to ensure Olistic maintains a "science-first" competitive advantage.

  • Performance Tracking: Conduct post-launch reviews to iterate on scientific messaging and optimize conversion/retention.

  • Scientific Background: University degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medicine, Nutrition, or related fields).

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager in Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, or the Healthcare/Wellness industry.

  • Launch Excellence: A proven track record of launching products from scratch (concept to market) with commercial success.

  • Profile: High level of autonomy, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex science for marketing and commercial teams.

  • Languages: Native/Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

  • Specific experience in the hair care or scalp health market.

  • Experience navigating both E-commerce and B2B (medical/pharmacy) environments.

  • Knowledge of integrative health and functional nutrition.
