The position
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building teams from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to attract top candidates.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, startup recruitment challenges, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: up to 2 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Skills: Strong sourcing skills, ability to manage multiple requisitions, and excellent communication.
- Tools: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Mindset: A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup culture.
- Network: Strong industry connections and a knack for identifying top talent.
